Student Dormitory & Faculty Housing Project – Hebrew University, Kiryat Edmond Safra Campus, Givat Ram, Jerusalem
Estimated Budget: 350 million NIS
This large-scale development encompasses modern student accommodation, faculty housing, and supporting infrastructure on the Hebrew University campus. The project scope includes:
Seven student dormitory buildings with a total of 577 rooms and a shared ground floor for Buildings B–H.
A 17-story faculty residence building featuring two underground parking levels and 90 rental apartments for academic staff.
Operation and maintenance of the existing “Lieberman Dormitories” (approx. 100 rooms).
Scope of Work:
Site excavation
Shoring and foundation works (micropiles)
Structural construction using the Baranovich method
Interior finishing works
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
Elevator installation
Facade works, combining:
Aluminum louvers
Alucobond cladding
Natural stone cladding
Furniture supply and installation
Site development and landscaping
