Student Dormitory & Faculty Housing Project – Hebrew University, Kiryat Edmond Safra Campus, Givat Ram, Jerusalem
Estimated Budget: 350 million NIS

This large-scale development encompasses modern student accommodation, faculty housing, and supporting infrastructure on the Hebrew University campus. The project scope includes:

  • Seven student dormitory buildings with a total of 577 rooms and a shared ground floor for Buildings B–H.

  • A 17-story faculty residence building featuring two underground parking levels and 90 rental apartments for academic staff.

  • Operation and maintenance of the existing “Lieberman Dormitories” (approx. 100 rooms).

Scope of Work:

  • Site excavation

  • Shoring and foundation works (micropiles)

  • Structural construction using the Baranovich method

  • Interior finishing works

  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems

  • Elevator installation

  • Facade works, combining:

    • Aluminum louvers

    • Alucobond cladding

    • Natural stone cladding

  • Furniture supply and installation

  • Site development and landscaping

This project integrates functional, durable, and aesthetically pleasing design elements, ensuring a high-quality living environment for both students and faculty members.
