Oded Glinansky
General ManagerSince his arrival Oded has been leading organization growth and establishing OG Engineering reputation as the leader in water treatment projects. Oded has a previous experience as a Project Manager in Baran Group a leading engineering firm in Israel. Oded holds M.SC in Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University and PH.D (in proceeding) from Tel Aviv University.
Tareq Canaan
Director & Chief EngineerTareq joined the company in 2013, a civil engineer by profession, in addition to additional professional training.Tareq managed mega-projects such as: train stations (light and heavy), office buildings with hundreds of thousands of square meters, such as the Israel Railways Main Building or a hospital and many systems of roads and main bridges and more.Tareq is a partner in the company's development professionally and is responsible for all of the company's certification processes.
Regina Sahovich
Senior Quality ManagerPreforms mega Project Management, Quality control and Quality Assurance. Manages electro-mechanical and construction systems for buildings labs and infrastructure. Leads the Quality Assurance staff in writing and implementing of quality procedures document and forms. Regina holds B.Sc. In Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Keren Goldberg-Or
Senior EngineerManagement, supervision and control of mega projects.
With about 13 years of experience managing, supervising, and overseeing complex projects such as desalination plants, train stations, infrastructures, office buildings, and more, Keren holds a degree in civil engineering from Ben Gurion University.
