Landmark Tel Aviv includes a 6 storey underground parking facility with a total area of 76,000 square meters. As part of the parking structure, a public underground road is planned to extend the existing underground road in the adjacent towers. This will include a fire station and sanitation offices on Level -1 .

Office Tower A features 37 office floors, 2 levels designated for commerce and public areas, and 3 roof floors, totaling approximately 100,000 square meters. The tower consists of 2 cores with a shared atrium that spans the entire height of the building, including bridge connections on each floor between the 2 halves.

Tower B comprises 2 levels for commerce and public areas, 29 office floors, a transformation floor, a pool, and facilities for employee welfare. It also includes 10 residential floors and 3 roof floors, totaling 60,000 square meters, of which approximately 11,200 square meters are designated for residential use.
