The construction of two pairs of tunnels towards Pisgat Ze’ev and Ma’ale Adumim, with a total length of approximately 3.5 km, is intended to ease traffic congestion at the intersection and prioritize the light rail. Additionally, underground infrastructure will be replaced, and landscape development will be carried out in the project area.
