Afula Office Building

The Affula Office Building was designed to meet the client’s needs according to a predefined design program. Following this, designers were engaged to develop a detailed design using a BIM model. The necessary permits were submitted and tracked, and a tender process was conducted to select a contractor based on pricing proposals and past performance quality.

Throughout construction, management was closely coordinated to ensure adherence to schedule milestones, budget constraints, and high-quality standards. This meticulous approach aims to deliver a building that will be functional and sustainable for years to come.
